With the series of holidays lining up - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years you might be in desperate need for a detox (unless you have been good boys and girls and managed to stick to your veggies and green tea).

There are many detox methods, many of them can be quite expensive and still no fun.

                      Raindrop:
Here's a detox that will be effective, relaxing and you don't have to starve in order to detox.
If done in a series of 6 treatments, each 2-4 days apart from each other it will act as a powerful detox for your whole body

The combination of essential oils used in Raindrop will penetrate through your skin and enter your bloodstream. There, the oils will act to expel toxins out of your body, leaving you feeling fresh, relaxed and purified on the inside and out.

During detox, it is most important to increase your fluid intake. Here are some helpful tips that will make your detox even more effective.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
This is one of the most important aspects of detoxing your body. Water flushes your system of unwanted waste; helps boost your metabolism; and gives you a feeling of fullness longer. Water also helps keep your energy up and moisturizes your skin keeping it younger - longer. During Raindrop, listen to your body and if it asks for more than 8 glasses of water - give it to it!

Less or no coffee. Most people are wary to give up coffee altogether, but there's a healthier way to get your caffeine kick. You can substitute with green tea (at least for the time being) while your body detoxes from coffee.

Eat lots of colorful foods. Vegetables and fruits provide all the natural sugar intake you could want – the brighter, the more abundant, the better. Fruits and veggies are high in fibre, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that help prevent and treat diseases.
